Where are the orders coming from?

Most orders ship from our facilities in Urbana, IL. Some items ship directly from trusted partners in California and/or Mexico.

The orders are being shipped via what courier service?

We partner with a variety of reliable carriers, including USPS and UPS, to ensure your order reaches you as efficiently as possible. The specific courier is selected automatically based on the destination and the total weight of your package.

How do I get the tracking number?

Once your package has been processed and leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey directly through the assigned carrier’s system. At this time we do not send tracking numbers via texts.

Who should I contact regarding my order?

For the most up-to-date information while your package is in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. Since they have real-time control over the delivery logistics, they can provide specific details that are not visible to our team once the package leaves our facility.

What is the delivery timeline after placing an order?

Standard orders typically ship within 5-7 business days, while pre-orders take 4-6 weeks. Once dispatched, the final delivery timeline is determined by the carrier and may be impacted by external factors such as weather or transit delays.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on two primary factors: the total weight of your order and the destination address.

How are international orders processed?

International orders are fulfilled through our facilities and trusted partners and are processed with the same care as domestic shipments. While we aim to cover additional shipping fees whenever possible, customers are responsible for any local fees required by their carrier at the time of delivery.

What happens if an order gets lost?

While we are not responsible for carrier errors, we are happy to assist if your package goes missing. We recommend first filing a claim directly with the carrier to locate the shipment. If the carrier officially deems the package lost and provides a claim confirmation, please contact our support team. Once verified, we can issue a replacement or a refund for the cost of the items. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable as those funds are consumed by the carrier at the time of the initial dispatch.
