The chance to make college basketball history - and continue to earn in the NIL space - outweighed a potential first round draft selection for UConn basketball’s Alex Karaban, who last week announced he withdrew from the 2024 NBA Draft.
The junior-to-be, who averaged 13.3 points and 5.1 to help the Huskies repeat, wants another ring and a historic three-peat, so is returning to Storrs next season.
To celebrate his return, Karaban visited the Campus Ink office to meet the team and sign a limited run of 50 jerseys that are on sale NOW.
"While I've enjoyed the draft process, Storrs is home. Let's run it back," he shared on X and to celebrate his return.
Karaban also collaborated with The UConn NIL Store to launch a "I'm Back" collection of apparel, including a crew sweatshirt and t-shirt.

The 6' 8", 220 lb. forward is the highest-rated prospect to withdraw from the Draft and although UConn will have a new-look roster next season, Karaban's continuity will most certainly provide an anchor.
Ahead of their quest for a historic three-peat next season, keep tabs on Karaban and his teammates’ latest gear via The UConn NIL Store.
